Title: Health Profile and Community Resource Mapping

Project Description: CARES will utilize its existing database, mapping and documentation web-based tools collectively referred to as its Geo-Spatial Analysis system to create a web-based environment that helps ACS National Home Office and Division mission staff envision and analyze health profiles and determinants of health in their communities
